Our retail security division is Botswana's finest. We believe in a top down approach to securing your retail value chain. Our General Manager has over 25+ Years in retail security and personally trains all of our officers to keep stock loss figures as low as possible.
Our Retail security Division services are as follows:
- Distribution Centre/Warehouse security: Our security officers are tasked with stock taking, stock loss control and patrolling the floor to ensure your investment is well secured and managed.
- In Store receipt checking: Patrons are not allowed to exit your store without an accurate checking of all customer receipts at the point of entry\exit.
- Arrests: Our officers are trained to identify thieves within the retail store. All arrested thieves are required to pay double the price of item/s stolen or face the law.
- Stock Taking: We equip our officers with stock management information to ensure the goods received from distribution centre are as required. Stock loss and incent reports are compiled on a weekly basis
- Incident reports: Our retail security division is know for our world class incident, arrest and stock data reports to aid you in running an efficient retail business.
