Before you switch
Will there be a gap in cover when we switch?
No. We plan the handover with you so our officers are on post, or your alarm is connected to our control centre, before your current provider leaves.
Can you take over my existing alarm or cameras?
Usually, yes. We install a transmitter on most existing alarm panels free of charge and connect your cameras to our control centre. We check the equipment during the free assessment.
What about my current contract's notice period?
Tell us your notice date and we'll plan the start around it, so you don't pay two companies for the same month.
How fast can you start?
Monitoring can usually go live within days of signing. Guarding depends on the number of officers and shifts; we confirm a start date in your quote.
Where do you operate?
Gaborone and the south from our Block 5 head office, and Maun, the north and the Okavango Delta from our Maun office. We deploy wherever the contract is.
