What hotel security looks like when it's done right

A luxury hotel needs security that guests barely notice. Our officers at Hotel 4:30 greet guests, manage vehicles and deliveries, control access to back-of-house areas, and scale up for conferences and functions, all while keeping the calm, courteous manner the hotel's guests expect.

That last part is trained, not assumed. Officers on hotel posts receive customer-service and professionalism training through Ndulamo Academy, our sister training company.

To our officers at Hotel 4:30

Thank you. Awards like these are won by a whole team, and the people on the door at 2am are part of it. The hotel's guests felt safe enough to come back, to book their conferences and to recommend it. That is Excellence in Service.
