Since August 2026, Kedith Security has secured Duma Boko School in Block 7, Gaborone, and the clinic that serves it. The school asked for a higher calibre of security than a standard guard post, so every officer deployed there is a Kedith tactical officer, on day and night shifts.
The gate is where school security starts
Most incidents at schools start at the entrance. Our officers run the gate and the guardhouse: every visitor is stopped, identified and logged, every vehicle is checked in and out, and pick-up and drop-off are kept orderly so learners are never left at an open gate.

After the last bell
A school is at its most exposed at night, when classrooms, offices and equipment sit empty. Our night team patrols every block, checks doors and windows room by room, and reports to the Kedith 24/7 control centre, with a response vehicle a call away.

The clinic
The school’s clinic has its own tactical officers, day and night. Clinics need calm, courteous security: officers who manage access to treatment areas and keep the ambulance bay clear without making patients feel watched.

Why schools choose tactical officers
Tactical officers are selected for discipline, fitness and readiness, and supervised on post. For a school, that means a visible, professional presence parents notice and learners respect.
Kedith also secures GSS and Boitekanelo College in Gaborone. If your school, college or clinic needs a security review, we’ll assess the site for free. Read what a school should expect from its security company, or see our school security services in Gaborone.
